30 day, no questions asked, money back guarantee.  If not completely satisfied, within 30 days from date of purchase simply return the product by mail, courier or in person and we will refund your money. Please be sure to arrange adequate insurance as we are not responsible if product is lost during transit. 

Free Exchange Policy. For 90 days from the date of purchase, we will exchange any unused product, in its original packaging for any other product. Product can be returned, freight prepaid, by mail, courier or in person. Please be sure to arrange adequate insurance as we are not responsible if product is lost during transit. 

Product Warranty: All Serenity 2000 products are guaranteed for 6 months from date of sale to be free from materials defect or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as wearing of gold plating, scratches, dulling, fading or obvious abuse. Conditions: Product must be returned to us, freight prepaid, together with copy of sales receipt indicating end users date of purchase. Reason for return must be included. Upon complete inspection, the manufacturer will determine if a repair, replacement, credit or refund is due.

Important Notice: All returns under parapgraph 2 and 3 above must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that must be indicated on the outside of the package. To obtain an RA# please call 905-453-9044. Returns received without an RA# will be returned to the sender.
